Quantum jumping is a meditation practice for manifestation β€” setting a clear intention, stepping into the version of you who already lives it, and bringing that self back with you. At Phuket Cleanse, we teach it not on a mat in a quiet room, but in real life: walking, training, climbing.

At its heart, quantum jumping is simple.

It is a meditation practice used for manifestation, intention and self-healing. You settle into a deep meditative state, hold a clear picture of the life you want β€” the health, the calm, the confidence β€” and step into the version of you who is already living it. You borrow their posture, their certainty, their ease. Then you bring it back with you into this life, and act from it.

The practice was shaped by Burt Goldman, known as β€œthe American Monk,” and its name borrows from physicist Hugh Everett's many-worlds idea β€” that every possible version of your life exists somewhere. The physics is the metaphor, not the mechanism. What matters is what the metaphor unlocks: your core desires stop being wishes and become destinations you visit, daily, until you live there.

Intention, held in a deep state

Long-term meditators β€” Buddhist monks studied with EEG sensors at the University of Wisconsin β€” show remarkably synchronised brainwave activity in deep practice.
