Most “healthy food” asks you to give something up. Recoded does the opposite.
We travel the world's kitchens — and the world's timeline — to find food that was already brilliant, and rebuild it as the healthiest version of itself.
We mine the ancient nutritional wisdom of Indian and Thai Ayurveda, old Persian cooking, the fermentation traditions of the Middle East, and the deep food knowledge of ancient Korea — and recode each dish for longevity. Plant-forward. Ancient grains instead of rice. No land meat, no junk. We call the system Nutritional Technology™.
Here's the strange part: the food the futurists say we'll all eat in twenty years — sustainable, colour-rich, polyphenol-dense, built for a long life — is the food our ancestors already knew. Recoded reaches back to teach us forward. Ancient roots. Future plate.
This isn't a recipe collection — it's a cuisine of its own: decoded cuisine for the modern human. Built on 30 years of cooking.
An ancient or disappearing dish brought back to life — exactly as it was, rebuilt only in the materials.
A classic the world already loves, recoded for longevity without losing a single note of what makes it great.
A dish that has never existed anywhere on earth — conjured from the flavour logic of Nutritional Technology™.
“Ancient roots. Future plate. Recoded reaches back to teach us forward.”
The Recoded kitchen — Phuket Cleanse
Mango Yogurt Soup
Three ingredients. Three minutes. The most-loved dish on the Phuket Cleanse buffet.
What It Is
An Indian lassi, recoded. We're opening with the one everyone asks for — and, happily, the easiest. It's the most-loved dish on the Phuket Cleanse buffet, and the perfect first taste of Nutritional Technology™ and the Recoded vibe.
The Recode
We swap dairy for our own cultured coconut yogurt — same creamy tang, live probiotics for the gut, none of the inflammatory load of cow's milk. Ripe mango brings natural digestive enzymes and polyphenols; a pinch of salt wakes it all up. Three ingredients, three minutes, zero intimidation.
Ingredients — Serves 2 · Prep 3 min · No cook
- —1 large ripe mango (plus extra slices to top)
- —1 cup cultured coconut yogurt (or any unsweetened plant yogurt)
- —a pinch of sea salt
- —optional: fresh mint, a few crushed pistachios
Method
- 01Blend the mango flesh, coconut yogurt and salt until silky-smooth.
- 02Pour into bowls.
- 03Top with fresh mango slices — and mint or crushed pistachios if you like.
- 04Serve cool — a longevity dessert-soup in three minutes.
