She asked one question of wellness: what if we built a Magic Kingdom for the whole person — where the magic is already inside you, and your only job is to find it? So she did what Imagineers do. She took what's potent in wellness, wildly effective in fitness, and quietly transformative in consciousness work — put it in a blender, added a quantum spin, and went one level further.
