We do Power Flow, Slow Flow, Bikram-Method Hot Yoga, and other styles in the RAW HOT YOGA Studio.  Our hot yoga classes are done in 110-degree (43-degree Celsius) room, with halo (salt) therapy, and lots of red light therapy to systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to 100 percent of your body.
