There is nothing you are compelled to do to prepare. Many of our guests (who we call Cleansers) just show up with little to no preparation. However, for best results and for your own comfort and safety, you may want to look through the sections of this page that pertain to you and read up just a bit to see if you feel the need to pack an extra item or two to support your needs.
Who am I?
I am Melanie Procter. Co-Founder and Imagineer of Phuket Cleanse. Your journey with us is the most important thing in my life alongside my beloved family and staff. I think of your success and healing all day long from the time I open my eyes until I go to bed at night.
