Mindfulness Meditation

Opening to Health, Happiness, Meaning & Magic

Mindfulness meditation has been shown to enhance well-being, improve mood, calm anxiety, moderate eating disorders and assist with substance abuse. Research has also demonstrated improved health and longevity. A regular practice can relieve stress, lower blood pressure, alleviate gastrointestinal troubles, decrease chronic pain.

So why isn’t everyone doing it?

One attempt, and it’s easy to decide that you “can’t do it,” or that you “can’t focus” or that your mind, “just doesn’t work that way.” Nothing could be further from the truth. What you need is a teacher – a guide through the issues that come up as you try to dive into a practice.

Is this for me?

FREE and open to the community!

This daylong retreat will provide a jumpstart to your mindfulness practice. You’ll leave with knowledge as well as specific tools and techniques to enable you to continue on the path toward a healthier, happier life filled with meaning and magic.
