1 cup cashews, soaked
½ bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Blend until creamy smooth. Serve with crudite as a dip or with raw dehydrated crackers. Enjoy!

Crust

4 T olive oil
2 T lime juice
salt to taste
